The work team, coordinated by the Program Manager, keeps close contact with the platforms and with the Product Development departments for each customer. Every Project Manager is well-supported by technical experts in design, die construction and in stamping and assembly processes, being responsible for:
- the planning of activities;
- the management of possible changes requested by the customer;
- the definition and monitoring of costs;
- the coordination of all internal functions for the industrialization of the project.

Mutual goals concerning each and every product development are:

QUALITY - fully respecting Customer specifications, thus offering reliable solutions, compatible with the existing production systems.
TIMING – optimizing production to reduce time-to-market.
COSTS – analysis of group synergies, production sites and of the equipment most suitable for the volumes requested by each customer.
